We respeced our mage build into Faith Build and have relied on this talisman for a good amount of time during our first playthrough in Elden Ring.

Location

To obtain Flock’s Canvas Talisman, players will need to visit the eastern part of Caelid and find an NPC who goes by the name Gowry. He can be found in Gowry’s Shack located to the right, a little before you go towards Sellia, Town of Sorcery. Once you’re there, you will need to reach Ordina, Liturgical Town, and enter its Evergaol. Entering this will put you into a puzzle-solving arena, which will later open a room that was previously shut by a seal. Behind this door is a teleporting device that takes you to Miquella’s Haligtree location. You need to traverse from this point to Elphael, Brace of the Haligree.

The Dragoncrest Greatshield talisman can be obtained by visiting the large building located on the northeast side of town and will be guarded by several insect-like enemies, more like pests.

Players who have invested fewer runes into leveling up Endurance will find the proper usage of this talisman; albeit it’s a late game, still its effects are incredible. If you are looking for the best talisman that greatly boosts the attack power of your melee, ranged weapon skills, then the Shard of Alexander will not disappoint you. Equipping this item gives you a massive boost when you press L2/LT while equipping a weapon. The usage of Shard of Alexander varies from weapon to weapon, and not all skills get buff by this talisman; at least, this is what we observed while using the roar skill of hammer.

Whatever the case be, Shard of Alexander is excellent if you’re running with a melee build or a mid-to-late game strength build in Elden Ring. Moreover, if your choice of the weapon relies heavily on skills, then you will surely utilize the massive boost Shard of Alexander offers.

Unfortunately, getting the Shard of Alexander is a little tricky and can be obtained quite late game in Elden Ring. Moreover, you will also need to progress Iron Fist Alexander’s questline by showing up at a couple of places in the Lands Between, interacting with this giant warrior, and maybe doing one or two chores for him.

If you try to kill Alexander anywhere else before Crumbling Farum Azula, the maximum chances are that you will get a much inferior variant of the Shard of Alexander talisman called Warrior Jar Shard. The talisman is located on a corpse that requires a little platforming to reach. The nearest Site of Grace that can lead you towards Claw Talisman’s location is the Rampart Site of Grace. Once you’re there, exit the door to your right and do not go to your left. Instead, take a jump onto the rooftop of the next building in front of you. Hug the wall and start moving towards the right.

However, Taker’s Cameo is better when it comes to killing enemies and recovering the lost health and it is poor during boss fights because the effect only triggers after killing a target. That is why Godskin Swaddling Cloth is a better alternative while fighting bosses.

Additionally, the successive hits for which the Godskin Swaddling Cloth’s unique effect triggers is only applied for the melee-based attacks. If you use spells or incantations to deal successive damage, then the effect will not be triggered. This is why most melee or strength build players will find an excellent usage of Godskin Swaddling Cloth, should they’ve obtained this talisman already.

If you want to know what percentage of HP players can get back after equipping the talisman and dealing with successive attacks on enemies, then know that you will heal 3% of your HP plus a flat 30 HP. So, at 1900 HP, except to get 57 plus 30 HP whenever Godskin Swaddling Cloth talisman’s effect triggers.

Also, players are not obligated to keep hitting a single target for the effect to trigger, and you can pretty much do AoE attacks of greatswords or deal direct one-on-one damage while using small yet fast weapons such as daggers and rapier. Also, if you do not hit any enemy for 10 seconds, then the proc will reset.

Location

If you want to acquire this unique HP regenerating talisman in Elden Ring, then you will need to reach the Mountaintops of the Giants area. Once You’re there, to the right of the frozen lake will be an imp statue.

You stonesword key and deactivate the fog wall. This will be the entrance of Spiritcaller Cave. Defeating Godskin Apostle and Godskin Noble in a back-to-back fight will give you Godskin Swaddling Cloth talisman as a reward.
